Amarone is based on classical Italy. Most of the products are directly from Italy which guarantees the authenticity of our dishes.
The pasta is always hand-made in order to impress by its basic concept and freshness.
The ceilings, the marble and the facades are carefully designed in order to resemble an Italian cul de sac.
Amarone’s field of expertise is presenting Italian cuisine in its most precious categories. Traditional carpaccio, juicy lamb or our signature papardelle are proof that honest food can impress. Genuine Italian dishes must be accompanied by quality wines, which are all gathered in our Vinoteka. Our wine cellar has consistently been awarded by the renowned Wine spectator magazine.

Lunch at Restaurant Amarone. Every day new – 5-course menu at 50 PLN, inspired by the lightness of Italian cuisine. From monday to friday, from 12.00 – 16.00 we’re serving dishes that change the face of the lunch.

CONFERENCES IN HOTEL POD RÓŻĄ
Multimedia-equipped, air-conditioned cellars of the Hotel Pod Różą conference and banquet centre date back to the early 14th century. They form an ideal mixture of tradition and modernity, which is possible only in Krakow.
Pod Różą Hotel & Restaurant offers two modern equipped conference facilities, situated in the historical cellars.
Both rooms are separated by the so called “bar room”, which is a convenient spot for a coffee break. With the conference rooms being situated in the basement the interiors can be completely darkened.
